New York State’s majority leader, Joseph L. Bruno is under investigation regarding a possible link between Mr. Bruno’s friend, Jared E. Abbruzzese, who allegedly received stock incentives’ and state aid which was received by Evident Technologies. Mr. Abbruzzese is a former co-chairman and director of Evident, and is its majority stockholder.
