Lee has spent over 20 years in the courtroom trying cases in state and federal courts. He represents individuals and entities in a wide array of civil litigation including complex commercial and serious personal injury litigation and also advises clients in their business affairs.
Prior to forming his partnership with Dan French, Lee was the director of the litigation department at a prominent Syracuse law firm. His experience in the courtroom runs the gamut of trying major business litigation matters such as partnership dissolutions, construction cases and property disputes, along with personal injury cases. Before entering private practice, Lee served as the Chief Trial Counsel for the City of Syracuse, Office of the Corporation Counsel.
Lee is a member of the Onondaga County and New York State Bar Associations, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Lee has also been named New York Super Lawyer® for 2010 and 2011.
With his Black Lab, Buck, Lee is a Patron Level Member of the Delta Society, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to improving human health through service and therapy animals.
Lee and his wife Donna live in Syracuse with their three sons.
